Jenny joined us in September 2019 to take up our newly developed role as Associate Director for Business Development. She has a long-standing career at senior management level within the not-for-profit sector, with significant experience of income generation and business development activity. Her income generation knowledge spans across trusts, foundations, public bodies, health and social care with a national remit.
Jenny spent ten years working for Family Action as Head of Business Development at the forefront of building national scale relationships with key commissioners, partners and a range of potential funders securing significant annual income.
Her professional experience is focused around developing services to support vulnerable families, including child and adult mental health. At Family Action, Jenny led on the competitive tendering process negotiating with the Ministry of Justice to secure the contract to deliver a Mother and Baby Unit within a women’s prison service.
