I understand that joining via a computer with webcam and microphone is required for this training and webcams are expected to remain on. Joining solely via a mobile phone or tablet is not suitable. I will ensure that the delegate is able to access this training using a computer and webcam with a good internet connection.

Cancellation policy: Any booking which is subsequently cancelled by the delegate or their organisation within less than 2 weeks’ notice is subject to full payment. Cancellation with less than 3 weeks’ notice is subject to 50% payment. Please note that 3 or more week’s notice is required to transfer a course booking to a different date. In the unlikely event that Centre for Mental Health needs to cancel a course, delegates will be offered a guaranteed place on the next available course or a full refund. Completion of the booking form indicates your acceptance of these terms.
