Emma Bailey External Relations Officer &Mental Health Challenge Coordinator Email EmmaEmma is our External Relations Officer and coordinates the Mental Health Challenge. She joined the Centre in Autumn 2013, and she has managed our internal and external events, worked on our website, designed materials and answered press enquiries. And as the coordinator for the Mental Health Challenge, she has managed the development of the Challenge website, worked with Champions (local councillors) from across the country and developed resources to help the Champions in their role.Emma has lots of experience in events and public affairs roles, having worked for Cruse Bereavement Care, the Tate, NHS PCC events and the Open University. She has organised events at venues such as Selfridges, Parliament and town halls. She volunteers for Cambridge House at the creative after school club for children with disabilities, has a degree in textiles and pattern design from Leeds and a cat called Asda, so named because he was found in their car park.
