Edmund Glynn joined the Centre in 2017. With academic training in economics and a background in strategy and business development for the third sector, he also has expertise in IPS, and joined the Centre as Mental Health Lead on an employability contract delivering services across 10 Boroughs in East London.

With more than 10 years’ experience of managing supported employment services, Edmund is passionate about the power of paid work to improve people’s lives. He managed the implementation of the first IPS service in the UK, and has published articles about this process. He is committed to doing what works, and about increasing access to IPS.
