Alethea is our Associate Director of Communications, and is responsible for editing and publishing all of our reports. Thea also manages our website, social media, and oversees the charity’s brand and external communications. She always welcomes feedback, so do get in touch!

Thea previously worked at a local branch of the charity Mind, securing grants as a fundraiser, manging web content and liaising with trustees. She is driven by a passion for greater support and opportunities for those experiencing a mental health problem.
