Androulla joined Centre for Mental Health as a researcher in May 2018. Her research focuses on topics across a broad range of topics including service evaluation, young people's mental health, and criminal justice.

Previously, Androulla worked for a thinktank, in market research and for a charity, where she supported people with disabilities and mental health issues. Passionate about improving young people's mental health, Androulla has volunteered for Kids Company and at a school for children with autism. She has a History degree from Oxford and an MSc in Psychology, and recently published a study on the benefits of a horseriding intervention for children with autism.
