Dawn is a consultant working with executive teams and individuals in the public, private and not for profit sector. She combines an ability for unravelling complexity and engaging with stakeholders with her skills as an executive coach and leadership mentor. Dawn specialises in working with organisations involved in developing new responses to old problems, leading change, engaging stakeholders, contributing to and advising on Sustainability and Transformation Plans, and providing insight and challenge to leadership teams.

Dawn has a professional background in senior management in health & social care, policy development with government departments, and leading national improvement programmes. She is a graduate of the Kings Fund Top Manager Programme; a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management & the Royal Society of Public Health; a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council; and an affiliate of the British Psychological Society. Dawn is also a qualified Myers Briggs I&II Practitioner.
