Recovery is an idea whose time has come. It provides a new rationale for mental health services and has radical implications for the design and operation of mental health services and partnerships between health, social services and third sector organizations.

Our Recovery work

Having developed a framework by which organisations might become more recovery-orientated, we are now embarking on a project to test it with NMHDU and the NHS Confederation. The Implementing Recovery project is expected to run until 2011/12. For more details, see the project pages.
