You can order our publications securely from this website or over the phone by calling 020 7716 6795 or by fax on 020 7827 8369.

(Unlike this website, email is not secure so you should never send bank details or credit card information in an email.)

Cash and cheque payments

Send a cheque or money order (made payable to 'The Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health') with your order to the address above. Please include postage and packing.

Invoices

We are only able to provide invoices for UK orders of over £25 which are accompanied by a purchase order.

Postage and packing

We charge 15% postage and packing for UK orders, 25% for Europe and 35% for the rest of the World.

Terms and conditions

Delivery: Every effort is made to dispatch orders within seven working days, but occasionally an order may take more than 30 days when we are waiting for copies from the printers. We will notify you of any delays.

Cancellations: Customers may cancel an order in writing within seven working days of receipt of the goods, but must then return the goods within 14 days at their own cost. If the goods are not returned, we will charge for retrieval. We may also make a charge for any damage that has occurred since the customer received the goods.

Customer service: We want to provide our customers with a prompt, efficient service and high calibre publications. So, if for any reason, you are not happy with any aspect of our service please email publications@centreformentalhealth.org.uk.
