Novembers APPG meeting for Complex Needs and Dual Diagnosis was held in partnership with the Centre for Mental Health on the issue of blockages within forensic mental health services. Speakers included Sean Duggan from the Centre for Mental Health, Anne McDonald from the Department of Health and Ian, an expert by experience.
